Attracting the third largest worldwide television audience for a sporting event, behind only the Olympics and the FIFA World Cup, all eyes will be on The Celtic Manor Resort as Europe battles it out against the US on the course, purpose built for the occasion.
The spotlight on Wales and the huge interest from enthusiasts from over 100 countries, together with experience from previous countries who have hosted the Ryder Cup, means that its legacy is expected to have an impact on tourism to Wales for years to come.
